- Strong, foundational alignment techniques for the yoga poses, as well as the intention, effects, and modifications for each of the poses
- The art of sequencing a private or group practice for maximum, intentional effect
- Therapeutic Yoga – tapping into the healing power of yoga
- Pranayama (breath practices) to clear the mind
- Meditation and peace of mind
- Finding and empowering your authentic voice
- The 8 Limbs of Yoga, demystified for practice in everyday life
- The anatomy of the subtle bodies like the chakras, the vayus and the koshas
- Anatomy with Mike Lane, a world-class anatomist, teacher, chiropractor and functional movement specialist
- The philosophies and history of yoga with Hareesh Wallis, a profound scholar and teacher who brings the tradition of yoga to life
- The science and neurology of pain with Neil Pearson, chronic pain specialist, physical therapist, yoga therapist and world renowned speaker on the science of pain
- The Power of the Yoga Sutras with Nischala Joy Devi, yoga therapist, retired nurse, spiritual guide and author of the Healing Power of the Yoga Sutras and beautiful teacher who has lived yoga for most of her life and is just a joy, a light and a love to be around.
